RFM Leadership

Tammy Iskarous – Executive Director

tammyIt is my heart’s pleasure to serve as the Executive Director of RFM.  I created and serve because I saw a need to provide space for families that are hurting to get the help they need in a holistic, safe environment. I am blessed to watch volunteers and professionals pour into the lives of our families every day. Individuals are being changed, families are being restored, and hope is being given because of the incredible work being done here. My mission is sharing God’s unconditional love with people by living my life with compassion, integrity, and dedication. I want my steps to be unfaltering as I walk the path He has chosen for me. May my hands work hard at the tasks He has given me, and may my heart break for the things that break His. I pray I lead with Godly wisdom and a servant’s humility for the praise of His glory. I seek to be a Godly leader with wisdom and ability that comes  only from the Father. As I work to build community and interdependence, may it be done with compassion and sincerity to create an atmosphere of protection and peacefulness.

“But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness” (James 3:17-18 NIV).

Wiley Davis – Board President

wileyI serve on the RFM board because God called me to step-up and get involved in my community. Because of the reputation of the leadership and their mission, I felt RFM was the right place for me to serve. Only God can do what happens everyday at RFM, but he needs committed volunteers, staff and leaders to share in his work. Riverbend Family Ministry is that organization!

Kathy Clark — Vice President

kathyI have been privileged to serve on the Riverbend Family Ministries board since its inception. RFM is an organization that promotes better life circumstances for children and families through a variety of options. It is made up of a group of people who genuinely want to make a difference in the community and the lives of its families, and I am thrilled to be part of a group that makes a difference one family at a time.

How do we change the world?  One person at a time……..one day at a time.

Reda Iskarous – Treasurer

RedaI serve at RFM because RFM serves the community that I live in. It serves families that have been exposed to violence, as well as families that are in need. RFM supports them for a period of time with a plan designed to help families stand on their own feet, and therefore strengthens my community.

I joined the board of RFM because the volunteers at RFM do a great job of providing a variety of services to offer people a hand up.
