Riverbend Family Ministries is looking to fill 3 PT positions immediately.

  1. Client Service Director. M-F 9-3

The Client Service Department (CSD) Director shall work part-time (~29 hours per week) to oversee and coordinate direct services to families of RFM. The CSD Director is responsible for supervising case management services for families in the program that include support, education, and referrals to other community agencies as needed. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of all client data, reporting, logistics of monies either through grants or budget, and help with agencies coordination for all families in receiving services as outlined by the CSD guidelines. The position is administratively supervised by the RFM Exec Director.

2. Client Service Manager M-Th 9-3 Friday 9-12

The CSD Case Manager shall work part-time (~27 hours per week) to deliver direct services to families of RFM. The case manager is responsible for providing case management services for families in the program that include support, education, and referrals to other community agencies as needed. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely assessment completion by all families in receiving services as outlined by the CSD guidelines. The position is administratively supervised by the Client service Director.

3. Front Desk/Communication M-Th 9-3

The front desk must have a warm and professional approach during a client’s initial contact at RFM whether by phone or walk-in. Front desk will be responsible for navigation of clients in the building. Clients come to RFM either by walking in and asking for help or by calling ahead to set up an appointment.
