On Thursday, March 20th, Tammy Iskarous, Founder and Executive Director for Riverbend Family Ministries, was ecstatic to showcase her dream! Located at 131 East Ferguson Avenue in Wood River, Riverbend Family Ministries is a "consortium of non-profit organizations and their collective goal is supporting individuals, bringing wholeness to the family and strength to the community." Although each of these is an independent entity, they all work in tandem to address various aspects of individual, family and community needs.
